Sheldon Football - Fighting Irish 2010!
The Irish won a state title last year and this year the Irish of 2010 bring a group of dedicated and talented young athletes to the program at Sheldon. Look for a great passing game, a young and talented line and a strong group of running backs to make their mark. Come see the Irish play their first game on Sept. 3rd at Home. Sept. 3rd. Sheldon vs. West Salem at Sheldon 7PM.
This will be a tough test for an opening game for the Irish as West Salem is expected to be good. But the Irish always step it up a notch on their home field so this may be one of the best early season games in the state. Come out and support the Irish.

Friday Sept. 17th @ South Eugene
Friday Sept. 24th Vs. Grants Pass
The Irish play at Hillsboro this week. Hillsboro have not met the Irish very often so they will come into the game with something to prove. If the Irish defense plays as expected they should be able to stop the Hillsboro running attack. It could be a close one but the Irish passing game may make the difference.
